突发性环境污染事故应急GIS系统框架的建立
Foundation of GIS Response System for Environment Pollution Accident
【摘要】 对环境污染事故应急预警系统进行了研究,阐述了构成预警系统各子系统的设计过程与开发方法,对各子系统的主要构成和功能详细划分,探讨了在事故发生前、中、后各子系统发挥的重要作用,最后对GIS技术在突发性环境污染事故应急预警系统中的应用前景提出了一些看法。
【Abstract】 The GIS response system for environment pollution accident is studied,as well as design process and development method of the subsystem.The main structure and function of each subsystem are presented in detail.The important roles of each subsystem in different periods of the whole procedure are discussed also.Finally,the application of GIS response system is proposed.
