黄早四改良系改良的探讨

【摘要】 根据自交系的来源将黄改系分为黄旅类群和非黄旅类群;黄改系自交系存在抗倒性差、抗病保绿性差、商品性差等缺点,提出以旅大红骨系自交系与黄改系自交系组配二环系和以黄改系中的黄旅系与非黄旅系组配二环系两种改良模式,采用大群体的方法解决选育过程中出现的二环系F1代的杂种优势强、早代分离严重、自交过程中衰退快问题。

【Abstract】 In this study according the origin of the Huangzao4 improved inbred lines(HIILs) which were classified as two groups,the huang-lv group(HLLs) and the non-huang-lv group(non-HLLs).HIILs have some shortcomings such as low lodging resistance,low disease resistance and poor commodity.For the further improvement of HIILs there were two patterns to combine the second cycle: the Lvdahonggu inbred lines intercross the HIILs and HLLs intercross non-HLLs.To solve the problems in the inbred line breeding process such as the high heterozygosis in F1 generation and the severe differentiation in early generation and fast decline in the process,the big population method maybe is the better one.
