【摘要】 目的比较正常人和青光眼患者多焦视觉诱发电位(mfVEP)的差异。方法使用VERIS多焦视觉电生理仪,采用四通道法测量正常受试者22例41眼及青光眼患者22例40眼的mfVEP,将正常人及青光眼患者所得结果取反应振幅的信噪比值(SNR),逐一刺激单元进行比较。结果青光眼患者的mfVEP显著低于正常人,尤其是上半视野中具有显著性差异的单元多,与青光眼患者视神经病理性损害的方式一致。结论mfVEP可应用于青光眼患者的检测,可以在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectivePerimetry as a subjective examination has been used for detection of vision field defect in glaucoma;however some of false positive result is reported.It is important to find a new alternative method to detect the early changes of vision function in patients with glaucoma.In the current paper,we investigated the changes of multifocal visual evoked potential(mfVEP)in glaucoma patients.MethodsMfVEP of 22 patients(40 eyes)with glaucoma and 22 normal subjects(41 eyes)matched in age and gender were recorded using VERIS with four-channel.Each stimulated patch was compared between two groups.The value of signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)was used to analyze the results.ResultsThe responses of the stimulated patches of patients with glaucoma were decreased significantly compared with those of normal subjects,especially in the upper visual field(P<0.05-0.01).In the central 10° visual field mfVEP from glaucoma patients was significantly decreased,and the reduce of mfVEP was consisted with the defecting range of visual field.ConclusionMfVEP is a potential tool for the diagnosis of glaucoma patients.更多还原
