【摘要】 白藜芦醇是一种从植物中提取出来的生物防御素。近年来,有关细胞实验研究证实,白藜芦醇具有抗肿瘤作用。其抗肿瘤作用主要是通过防止正常细胞恶变为肿瘤细胞、抑制肿瘤细胞增生、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡来实现。大多数的眼眶淋巴瘤在病理学上表现为B细胞淋巴瘤。目前临床上其治疗方法没有一个公认的模式。随着天然生物提取剂在一些肿瘤化疗中的应用以及取得的较好疗效,将白藜芦醇引入眼眶淋巴瘤的化疗将会丰富眼眶淋巴瘤的治疗手段,并很有可能取得更好的治疗效果。就白藜芦醇在眼眶淋巴瘤中应用的展望做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resveratrol is a kind of phylaxin which is found in relatively high concentrations in grape berry skins.Recent researches indicated that resveratrol strongly inhabits the formation of tumor by three routes:preventing normal cells from turning into tumor cells,suppressing the proliferation of tumor and inducing apoptosis of tumor cells.It is worthy that resveratrol can obviously mediate apoptosis of B lymphoma cells.The majority of orbital lymphoma belongs to B cell lymphoma.There is not a effective approach to the management of orbital lymphoma.In modern clinical therapy of tumor,more and more natural phylaxin are utilized,and show a really good effectiveness in clinic.It is probably that resveratrol will be concerned as a natural anti-tumor agent and show a potential prospect in the chemotherapy of orbital lymphoma.更多还原
