【摘要】 运用科学计量学方法,统计美国科学信息所(ISI)提供的数据,对我国的科学研究成果进行定量分析和国际比较,从而来评价我国当前的科学研究现状.结果表明,我国的SCI、SSCI论文呈指数增长,高引文数量虽有增长,但增长速度远远不及论文数量增长的速度,而且中国内地高校院所入围Highlycited.com高引研究人员名单的数目仅为3人,这从一个侧面反映了我国科学研究机制在经费投入、政策导向、人才培养方面存在着不足.更多还原

【Abstract】 It evaluates the scientific research status of China using scientometrics.Based on the data from the SCI & SSCI,ESI,it makes the quantitative analysis and international comparison on the research outputs of China.The results shows that the Chinese SCI & SSCI papers have an exponential increase,and the Chinese highly cited papers also have a sharp increase.But on the contrary,the increasing rate of the highly cited paper numbers is far lower than that of the SCI & SSCI paper numbers,and there are only three researchers from Chinese mainland recognized as the ISI highly cited researchers,which indicates that there are deficiencies in our research management policies,like R&D investment,government support and education system.更多还原
