【摘要】 介绍大型轧辊轴承座拆装系统,分析了系统设计过程中的技术难点,确定了系统的主要性能参数。该系统取代原始的运用吊车完成轧辊轴承座拆装的作业方式,实现轧辊轴承座的高效、可靠、安全的拆卸与安装。该系统已在轧钢生产、有色金属加工的大型企业投入使用,得到用户好评,具有较好的推广应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The disassembling and assembling system for huge roller bearing are introduced.The technical problems for the design of this system are analyzed and the major performance parameter for the system is presented.This system replaces the traditional way of using overhead crane to disassemble and assemble roller bearing.This system has been applied in big steel factories and it has a bright future for its good performance.更多还原
