红外吸收法测定钢铁中碳含量的测量不确定度评定

【摘要】 通过对红外吸收法测定钢铁中碳含量的各种不确定度因素进行分析,评定了测定碳含量的测量不确定度,从而明确了提高分析准确度的方法。

【Abstract】 Various factors affecting uncertainty in the measurement of carbon content in steel by infrared absorption method have been discussed.The uncertainty in measurement of carbon content has been evaluated.The way to improve accuracy has been given.
