对氧磷酶2基因多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性研究
Association of paraoxonase gene 2 polymorphism with type 2 diabetes mellitus
【摘要】 目的探讨对氧磷酶2(PON2)基因多态性与2型糖尿病的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)法对327例2型糖尿病、184例健康对照组的PON2基因第9外显子的C311S多态性进行基因型分析,比较上述各组间基因型和等位基因频率分布有无差异。结果PON2C311S的基因型及等位基因频率在糖尿病和健康对照组之间分布差异无显著性(P>0.05)。在糖尿病组中,CC+CS型的低密度脂蛋白(LDL)高于SS型(P<0.05)。结论PON2C311S基因多态性与2型糖尿病的发生无明显关联,但与2型糖尿病的LDL显著相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association of paraoxonase gene 2 polymorphism with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The genotypes of paraoxonase gene 2 polymorphism (C311S at exon 9) was determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment-length polymorphism analysis in 327 type 2 diabetic patients and 184 normal control subjects. Results The frequency of three genotypes and two alleles were not different between type 2 diabetic cases and normal controls.(P>0.05). In diabetic cases, LDL of genotype CC+CS was higher than SS genotype(P<0.05) .Conclusion Paraoxonase2 C311S gene polymorphism is not associated with type 2 diabetes,but it is associated with LDL in diabetic cases.
