光纤甲烷气体检测系统的研究
Study on Optical Fiber Detection System of Methane Gas
【摘要】 在分析甲烷分子近红外吸收光谱特性的基础上,利用通用的发光二极管为光源,实现了对甲烷气体的检测。系统采用双光路、双波长来解决光源功率波动光纤损耗等问题,在接收端采用旋转双色滤光器和单探测器消除了双光电器件的漂移对测量结果的影响。理论和实验证明,这些措施有效地提高了系统的灵敏度和稳定性。
【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the near infrareds of methane molecule,a method for detecting methane gas using current LED as a light source is demonstrated.In order to eliminate the effect of light source power undulation and optical fiber chain wastage,double light paths and double wavelength are used in the system,by using rotating double light filter and single photoelectric detector in the incepting port,the influence of excursion due to double photoelectric detector on the measurement result is eliminated.Theory and experimental results proved that these methods can improve the sensitivity and stability effectively.
