【摘要】 [背景]探讨老年人颌面部骨折的临床特点.[病例报告]137例老年颌面部骨折患者中下颌骨骨折者为48例(35.0%),上颌骨骨折者为47例(34.3%),颧骨骨折者为32例(23.3%),鼻骨骨折者为6例(4.4%),眶骨骨折者为4例(3.0%);合并颅脑损伤者为20例(14.6%),四肢损伤者为13例(9.5%),高血压者为30例(21.9%),冠心病者为16例(11.8%).[讨论]老年人颌面部骨折主要部位依次为下颌骨、上颌骨及颧骨.更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUND To discuss the clinical speciality of maxillofacial fracture on senile patients.CASE REPORTS Among 137 case of maxillofacial fracture on senile patients,there were 48 cases(35.0%)of mandible fracture,47 cases(34.3%)of maxillary fracture,32 cases(23.3%)of cheekbone fracture,6 cases(4.4%)of nasal bone fracture,4 cases(3.0%)of orbital fracture,20 cases(14.6%)of combined head injury,13 cases(9.5%)of limbs injury,30 cases(21.9%)of hypertension,and 16 cases(11.8%)of coronary heart disease.DISCUSSION The principal regions of maxillofacial fracture on senile patients were mandible,maxilla and zygoma.更多还原
