【摘要】 [目的]研究萘丁美酮的合成工艺.[方法]以6-羟基-2-萘甲醛为原料,经成醚、还原、氯代、缩合及水解等反应合成目标化合物.[结果]产物及中间体结构经1H-NMR,IR,MS确认,总产率为50.4%.[结论]相转移法合成萘丁美酮具有所用试剂易得,操作方法简便,反应条件温和,成本较低等优点.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the synthetic process for nabumetone.METHODS Nabumetone was synthesized by using 6-hydroxy-napthalene-2-carbaldehyd through Williamson reaction,hydrogenation,chlorination,condensation,and hydrolysis reaction.RESULTS The structures of intermediate and target compound were determined by 1H-NMR,IR and MS.The total yield was 50.4%.CONCLUSION The phase transfer catalyst has advantages of simple starting material,convenient operations and mild reaction conditions.更多还原
