我国侦查制度存在的问题及解决对策

【摘要】 我国现行侦查制度本身以及在实际运行中存在着一些缺陷,使得诉讼权利人一方的权利无法得到有效保障。文章对我国现行侦查制度中存在的问题进行分析并提出一些具体的可供目前操作的解决措施。

【Abstract】 The shortcomings of existing investigation system cannot make the effective realization of right of litigant.This paper attempts to analyze the existing shortcomings in investigation system and introduce some practical countermeasures.
