电涡流传感器的频率补偿式测量方法的研究

【摘要】 在电磁感应原理的涡流效应的基本理论研究的基础上,根据导体内部感应电动势随磁场变化频率增大的特性,针对金属导体内缺陷、合金组分带来的电导率变化这一实际材料的属性给检测线圈的反作用感应电动势带来影响这一物理现象,提出了一种频率补偿式的测量方法。该方法由于回避了电动势的直接测量,通过激励源频率的自动扫描跟踪标准样品的参数,以频率为表象空间提供材料的性能参数。通过理论计算和超强铝合金薄壁管的实验数据对比,该方法具有快速、准确的优点。通过电子学和计算机技术,该方法可以实现性能优异的测量系统,提供丰富的电涡流信息。

【Abstract】 Aimed to physical phenomenon which material conductivity fluctuations introduced by defects and alloy components in metal impact to reaction EMF of the detection coil,presented a new method of eddy current measurement by compensation-frequency based on the principle of electromagnetic induction eddy current effect and the characteristics of the EMF induced internal actual conductivity increasing with frequency of magnetic field.This method avoids the EMF due to the direct measurement.Through the automatic scanning on frequency and taking known samples parameters as standard,the frequency can be provide for material properties.The method used with fast and accurate merits,through theoretical calculations and super strong alloy tube contrast to the experimental data.By electronics and computer technology,this method can achieve high performance measurement system and provides a wealth information of eddy.
