欧洲越桔花青素提取物对小鼠耐常压缺氧能力的影响

【摘要】 目的研究欧洲越桔花青素提取物(Myrtillus EX)对常压缺氧负荷小鼠抗缺氧能力的影响。方法采用HPLC/HPLC-MS分析Myrtillus EX中的不同花青素类成分。通过常压缺氧负荷小鼠模型观察Myrtillus EX对小鼠存活时间和耗氧量的影响,利用ORAC法测定血浆、大脑皮质及肝组织匀浆中的抗氧化能力指数,Griess化学法测定NO含量,以及TBARS法测定血浆、大脑皮质及肝组织匀浆中的MDA含量。结果Myrtillus EX可以明显提高常压缺氧负荷小鼠的耐缺氧能力,有效降低血浆、大脑皮质及肝组织匀浆中的MDA含量,并调节血浆、大脑皮质及肝组织匀浆中的NO含量。结论Myrtillus EX对常压缺氧负荷小鼠显示一定的保护作用,其机制可能与其自由基清除能力和抑制脂质过氧化作用有关。

【Abstract】 Aim To study the effects of bilberry anthocyanins extract(Myrtillus EX)on normobaric hypoxia tolerance in mice.Methods The contents of Myrtillus EX were analyzed by HPLC/HPLC-MS.The effects of Myrtillus EX on survival time and oxygen consumption were observed in mice suffered from acute normobaric hypoxia,and the MDA,ORAC and NO content in plasma,brain and liver tissues were determined respectively.Results Myrtillus EX prolonged the survival time and decreased oxygen consumption in mice suffered from acute normobaric hypoxia.It also enhanced ORAC and decreased levels of MDA in plasma,brain cortex and liver tissues,and modulated levels of NO in plasma,brain cortex and liver tissues.Conclusions Myrtillus EX had some protective effect on mice laden with acute normobaric hypoxia treatment,and the mechanism might be related to its free radical scavenging activity and inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation.
