【Abstract】 With China’s reformation going deep and opening-up progressing wide,we are facing a more open international markets after joining the WTO.How to improve the investment environment and strengthen the confidence of foreign investors,and how to attract foreign investment in China,the above has become a prominent problem.In this thesis,through theoretical and practical examples,we try to analyze the function of law in the improvement of investment environment and put forward several problems in legislation concerning foreign investment which we should pay much attention to.更多还原
