巷道煤柱自燃温度场数值模拟与火源定位的研究
Study on Numerical Simulation of Spontaneous Combustion Temperature Field and Fire Source Position for Coal Pillar in Roadway
【摘要】 对于巷道自然发火,我国当前煤矿现场往往采用试探法打钻,然后灌注泥浆或水实施救灾.但在救灾时,准确确定火源位置是救灾关键;由于影响条件的复杂性,目前对相关机理的研究未进行深入研究.针对这一问题,论文针对巷道自燃可能的5种自燃情形,采用动态数值模拟方法研究巷道自燃后温度场和温度曲线图的分布,得出了不同火源位置,巷道表面温度分布规律.为当前煤矿现场救灾确定火源点、实施打钻注浆灭火时提供技术指导.图11,参8.
【Abstract】 For coal spontaneous combustion in roadway, the test drilling method is applied and then the mud fluid or water is grouted for rescue work in practice of coal mine. Fire source position is key for rescue work. However, because of the complexity of the influencing conditions, the researches on the correlative mechanism are not done further. Aiming to this problem, five kind patterns of coal spontaneous combustion in roadway are simulated to attain the roadway’s temperature field and temperature curve figure by applying the dynamic numerical simulation method. Then surface temperature of roadway in several fire source positions are atrained and offer some help for fire source position and rescue work. 11fig., 8refs.
