【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来,乡镇企业发展步伐的逐步减缓,其吸收农村剩余劳动力的能力在不断减弱,在这种情况下,农村剩余劳动力大量地涌向城市。随着我国进城务工人员的不断增加,其对国内政治生活影响日显突出。由于缺乏合法性的制度认同和主流文化的接纳,以及社会规范的不健全和社会歧视政策的存在等多种原因,进城务工人员的合法权益得不到保障,合理要求得不到政府的回应,在政治参与中处于边缘化的境地。为了构建社会主义和谐社会,使人人享有平等追求全面发展的机会和权利,充分保障进城务工人员的合法权益不被侵害,就必须通过对相关政治参与制度的改革与创新,不断提高他们政治参与水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1990’s,the township enterprises has gradually developed slowly,and its capacity of admitting rural surplus labor force has weakened.Under such situation,rural surplus labor force poured into the cities.With the increase of the migrant rural workers,their influence on domestically political life has been outstanding.Due to the lack of legal system identification and the admission of the mainstream culture,as well as the imperfect social norms and social discrimination policies,the legal rights and interests of migrant rural workers are not defended,their requests are not answered by the governments,and their political participations are at the margin.In order to build socialist harmonious society,let everybody enjoy equal right and chance of pursuing overall development,and fully defend the rights and interests of migrant rural workers,we must reform and innovate the related political participation system and constantly improve their political participations.更多还原
