【摘要】 在EPR制度下,企业可以采用共用回收体系的方式体现其延伸责任。在构建共用回收体系结构的基础上,采用博弈理论对该体系结构中的不同利益主体:生产企业、PRO组织、回收企业间的合作关系进行了分析,得到利益共享契约下的回收量和渠道总利润优于普通契约。同时,应该采取一定的内部激励措施控制PRO组织内部成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the apposed system of Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR),enterprises can adopt the public reclaim system incarnating its extended responsibility.Based on the network structure of public reclaim system,game theory is adopted to analyze the partnership among the third different benefit bodies of Manufacturer,Producer Responsibility Organization(PRO) and Third-party reclaim enterprises deeply.Finally it is concluded that the share benefit contract is better than the common benefit contract,and also we should take invigorative action to control the PRO’s interior cost.更多还原
