浅谈新疆高校少数民族女教师队伍建设

【摘要】 文章阐述了当前新疆高校少数民族女教师队伍的现状,分析了其队伍存在的问题及原因,并为今后新疆高校少数民族女教师队伍的建设提出了对策。

【Abstract】 The author of the present essay provides a general situation of the minority female teacher development in colleges and universities in Xinjiang.She suggests the ways to solve the problems.
