【Abstract】 Cognitive disability should be forgiven and benefited from the network, but they are also the important audiences who are ignored and repelled constantly by network developers. This paper has analyzed the cognitive characteristics, network learning environment of cognitive disability and their relationship, bring them into webpage design object group, recommend a series of accessible learning environment design tactic from pint of cognitive disability learner , create an accessible network environment of fair information for cognitive disability.更多还原
