【摘要】 目的了解江苏省学生结核病防治知识现状,为开展学校肺结核病控制工作提供依据。方法采用逐级整群抽样法,对江苏省9个县(区)717名学生使用统一的调查问卷进行入户询问调查。结果肺结核症状知晓率为73.36%,其中58.58%的人知道咳嗽症状;38.21%和48.26%的学生知道有免费检查的地方和患了结核病应去专门机构看病;5.44%的学生知道肺结核病人用过的东西不会被传染,16.46%的学生知道咳嗽、咳痰3周以上应考虑可能患了肺结核。看过宣传材料和宣传栏、高学历、听过广播和别人讲的学生知识得分较高。结论学生肺结核防治相关知识知晓率不高,对防治机构及免费政策的了解程度普遍较低,对结核传染性的误解率较高。需要利用多种有效方式对学生进行结核防治知识的健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate tuberculosis (TB) knowledge among students in Jiangsu province,and to provide basis for future tuberculosis prevention in schools. Methods By use of multistage cluster sampling,717 students over 12 years old were interviewed at home with the same questionnaire. Results About 73.36% students knew tuberculosis symptoms,among them 58.58% knew the cough. Further study showed 48.26% students knew TB patient should go to the specific institutions,while 38.21% students knew the local institution providing free diagnosis. About 16.46% students would consider tuberculosis if someone kept coughing over three weeks,while 5.44% students knew that items TB patients ever used would not be contagious. Students with high scores usually ever read some tuberculosis promotional materials,obtained TB information from media,or heard from someone. Conclusion Students know little about TB and its prevention,as well as the local specific TB institutions and free of charge policy. Most students have misunderstanding about the tuberculosis infectivity. Hence,it is essential to take multiple strategies to promote TB knowledge in school health education.更多还原
