【摘要】 目的:提高对颞骨鳞部假性骨折的认识。材料与方法:收集200例颅脑CT平片,均无外伤病史。结果:假性骨折多位于双侧,线样改变,其中又以纵形、斜形、螺旋形居多。结论:熟悉颅骨解剖,了解假性骨折形成原因,结合临床病史,CT能对颞骨假性骨折征象作出正确判断。更多还原
