【摘要】 目的探讨组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎(histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis,HNL)的诊断和治疗。方法对我院从1996～2005年共收治的HNL38例的临床表现,检查和诊断,以及治疗和愈后进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者通过淋巴结病理活检确诊,经肾上腺皮质激素治疗后愈后良好。结论活检术在HNL诊断方面具有重要的临床价值,肾上腺皮质激素在治疗HNL方面疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis (HNL). Methods Thirty-eight cases of HNL treated in our Department from 1996 to 2005 were studied retrospectively. Results All cases were diagnosed by biopsy. Thirty-two patients were treated using adrenal cortical hormone after biopsy. All patients satisfied the results after the biopsy and treatment. Conclusion Biopsy is of clinical importance in diagnosis of HNL. Adrenal cortical hormone is effective in the treatment of HNL.更多还原
