【摘要】 [目的]通过对5岁以下儿童死亡原因调查分析,探讨经济欠发达地区儿童预防保健对策及方法。[方法]对全市死亡儿童进行个案调查和统计分析。[结果]5岁以下儿童死亡率为2.86‰,男占53.86%,女占46.14%,县去死亡率高于市区(χ2=7.785,P=0.254),前5位主要死因顺位依次为:先天性疾病、出生窒息、早产和低出生体重、肺炎及其它呼吸系统疾病、意外死亡。[结论]政府应加大农村预防保健投入,完善基层妇幼保健网络的建设;做好优生优育管理工作,加强产前诊断;建立健全基层医疗结构,提高各级医务人员的责任心和诊疗技术水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the causes of death in children under 5 years old in Chengde,find out the method for health care of children in slow ecnomic developing areas.[Methods]The children in Chengde were investigated and analysed statistically.[Results]The death rate of children under 5 years old was 2.86‰,that of boys was 53.86%,and that of girls was 46.14%.The death rate was superior in county to the city.The main causes were:congenital disease,birth asphyxia,premature,low birthweight,pneumonia and other respairtory diseases,and accidental death.[Conclusion]It is necessary for the government to strenghen health care in rural areas.Thus the secondary measures should be introduced in order to improve such conditions expecially,to stengthen the management of prenatal and postnatal care,improve the diagnosis ability and responsbility of the medical staffs.更多还原
