【摘要】 [目的]了解炼油企业职业危害物对职工的危害现状及员工健康现状,采取减少不利于健康的因素对策和建议。[方法]对某炼油企业的一线工人进行预防性健康检查,包括一般情况、职业史、既往病史、急慢性职业病史、生育史、烟酒史、症状、体症、化验及其他检查等;对40岁以上员工进行健康体健,包括外科、神经内科、心血管内科、妇产科、五官科、口腔科、肝功能、血糖、血脂等,对体检结果进行分析。[结果]一线工人具有各种症状的人占79.07%,表现为神经系统、视觉系统、耳鼻喉症状、呼吸系统、消化系统、心血管系统、骨关节系统等,神经衰弱综合症为13.77%,超过1982年我国15～59岁的居民的神经衰弱的患病率,高血压的检出率为19.00%,心电图异常检出率为5.22%;40岁以上员工高血脂检出率24.31%,高血糖检出率4.51%,妇科检查慢性宫颈炎的患病率47.06%,心电图异常检出率为14.91%。[结论]该炼油企业员工的健康状况不仅受到职业危害物的影响,而且还受到目前的常见病、慢性病的危害,发病率较高,健康状况较差。应加强环境危害物的治理及职工的健康保健工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To know the health status of the staff in some refining enterprise,and to provide scientific preventive measures.[Methods]Preventative health examination for the front line workers,and health examination for the staff above 40 years old in some refining enterprise were conducted,the results were analyzed.[Results]Among the front line workers,79.07% of them had a series of symptoms of various systems including nervous system,visual system,auditory system,respiratory system,digestive system,cardiovascular system,skeletal system and so on.And the incidence rate of neurasthenia syndrome was 13.77%,which was higher than the national incidence rate of residents aged from 15 to 59 in 1982.The detection rates of hypertension and electrocardiographic abnormality were 19% and 5.22% respectively.While among the staff above 40 years old,the detection rates of hyperlipemia,hyperglycemia and electrocardiographic abnormality respectively were 24.31%,4.51% and 14.91%,and the incidence rate of chronic cervicitis was 47.06%.[Conclusions]The health status of staff in this refining enterprise is not only affected by occupational hazards,but also by common diseases and chronic diseases.The incidence rates of various diseases are high and the health status is poor.So management of environmental hazards and health care of workers should be strengthened.更多还原
