【摘要】 [目的]了解江西省农村外出务工人员人口社会学特征、艾滋病知识、态度、行为等方面的现状,为政府决策和开展针对性的预防干预工作提供参考。[方法]以三阶段抽样与整群抽样相结合的方法对江西省遂川县农村部分外出务工人员进行匿名问卷调查。[结果]农村外出务工人员以青壮年为主;男性、未婚者居多;主要为初中文化程度;多数在工厂工作;外出务工时间较长。以跨省流动为主,流入地主要集中于与江西相邻的东部沿海省份。艾滋病知识的知晓率仍未完全达到《中国遏制与预防艾滋病行动计划(2001～2005)》所要求的在2005年以前达到的45.0%以上的水平。他们的性观念较为开放。24.42%的被调查者承认有婚前性行为。[结论]农村外出务工人员在人口社会学方面表现出一定的艾滋病易感性;流动具有明显的方向性;对自身的艾滋病易感性和现实威胁性的认识不够;行为和性观念中存在传播艾滋病的高危因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the population sociological features of rural migrant workers and their HIV/AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behavior,which will provide references for policy making and the development of pertinent interventions.[Methods]The migrant workers from Suichuan County,Jiangxi province were investigated via multistage sampling and cluster sampling by anonymous KABP questionnaires.[Results]Most of the migrant workers were young people,and mainly were male and single,who were only with the educational background of junior middle school. The majority work of them was workers in factories and they had been engaged in migrant working for a long time. Most of them moved between provinces and tended to flow to the eastern coastal provinces near Jiangxi province,especially those rather developed cities. The rate of awareness of AIDS was still lower than 45%,which was the target supposed to be reached before 2005 according to the Plan of Controlling and Preventing AIDS of China(2001-2005). Most people held a rather open and tolerant attitude towards sexual conception,with 24.42% interviewees admitting having premarital sexual contact.[Conclusion]From the aspects of population sociological features,rural migrant workers show susceptivity to AIDS. Their migrants have particular direction. Moreover,they have inadequate understanding of their own susceptibility to AIDS and the real menace of the disease as well,so there are still high risk factors of AIDS among them.更多还原
