一起混合性细菌引起的食物中毒调查分析

【摘要】 [目的]调查一起混合性细菌引起食物中毒的发生因素,提出预防措施与建议防止类似事故的再次发生。[方法]对中毒患者进行统一个案调查,对中毒现场的各种工具容器以及患者的排泄物进行了采样检测。[结果]发病患者25例,罹患率69.4%。在采样检验的样品中检出副溶血性弧菌、变形杆菌。[结论]根据GB14938-94《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》,判断为一起由混合性细菌(副溶血性弧菌、变形杆菌)污染食品引起的食物中毒。生熟食品及工具容器交叉污染是本次食物中毒的主要中毒原因。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To find out the reasons for a case of food poisoning caused by mixed bacterium,and provide preventive measures.[Methods]The causes of food poisoning had been researched and thoroughly analyzed by case investigation.All food tools and patients stool were taken to the lab to accept laboratory tests.[Results]25 people came down with the illness(The incidence was 69.4%).Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Proteus vulgaris were found in the samples.[Conclusions]The food poisoning of travellers is caused by mixed bacterium(Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Proteus vulgaris).The cooked foods and raw foods are mingled together.The cross-pollution is the main reason of the food poisoning.
