【摘要】 [目的]观察环境雌激素双酚A对小鼠脾细胞周期的的影响。[方法]每天分别以0.9mg/kg、9mg/kg、18mg/kg剂量给予小鼠腹腔注射双酚A,分别在连续染毒14d后处死小鼠,取脾,测定脾细胞周期。[结果]小鼠脾细胞G1期、G2期明显增加,而S期明显减少。[结论]双酚A可以诱导小鼠脾细胞G1、G2期阻滞,抑制脾脏细胞的分裂增殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the effects of the Environmental Estrogen-BPA on the cell cycle of Mice spleen and study the injury action of Bisphenol A to the mice spleen.[Methods]Cell cycle were detected in spleen with flow cytometry(FCM).The high,medium and low dose of Bisphenol A were injected into the mice belly cavity once everyday.The mice after Bisphenol A was injected 14 days were executed,taking the spleen cell and measuresing the cell cycle.[Results]It was found that G1 and G2 phases of spleen cells increased significantly,whereas S phase cells were decreased at the same time.[Conclusion]BPA can arrest G1 and G2 Phases,inhabit the division and multiplication of spleen cellsa.更多还原
