【摘要】 [目的]分析早期乳腺癌患者住院治疗费用构成与变化。[方法]调查2001～2004年某市属综合医院住院早期乳腺癌患者病案信息资料。[结果]各年总费用、总药费和总治疗费差异有统计学意义。2003与2004年的手术费用高于2001年和2002年,手术费用的主要构成是药费和检查费。各年放疗、化疗费用差异无统计学意义,但化疗药费相比差异有统计学意义。[结论]适当降低药品价格和检查费用,扩大医保覆盖面,逐步完善多层次社会健康保障体系,减轻弱势人群大病重病的负担,是当前深圳市卫生工作的重点之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyse the cost of inpatients with breast cancer in early stage.[Methods]The medical record of inpatients with breast cancer in polyclinic from 2001 to 2004 were analysed.[Results]The all cost from 2001 to 2004 had differences.The surgery cost of 2003 and 2004 was more than the cost of 2001 and 2002.The cost of surgery was almost made up of the expense of medicine and examination.There was no difference among the cost of chemotherapy from 2001 to 2004,but the chemotherapeutic medicine cost among them was different.[Conclusion]It is important to decrease the price of medicine and examination,expand the coverage of medical security,improve a multiform health security system,and reduce the burden of poor patients.更多还原
