【摘要】 目的观察刺五加针对轻-中度抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法采用平等对照研究方法,治疗组30例给予刺五加针250mL静滴,每日一次,14d为一疗程,中间休息7d,共观察2疗程。对照组30例,给予黛力新1片早中各一次,连服5周。于治疗后1、2、4、5周,分别以HAMA(汉密顿焦虑量表),Tess(治疗时出现的症状量表),HAMD(汉密顿抑郁量表),及P300(听觉事件相关电位),评定疗效安全性。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为77%、80%,二组间疗效无差异,治疗组未见明显不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率为15%,主要为口干、过度镇静、便秘、头痛。结论刺五加针是治疗轻-中度抑郁症疗效可靠、安全的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE This paper aims to study the result and safety of using ciwujia to treat depression from slight degree to intermediate degree,with the contrast of using dailixiu.METHODS 30 subjects in the treting group were given 250 mL intravenous injections of ciwujia,once a day,14 days a period of treatment.The result was then observed after two courses of treatment with an interval of 7 days.30 subjects in contrast group were gwien dailixin,one tablet in the morning and another in the evening for 5 weeks.The safety of the treatexent was evaluated respectively by HAMA,Tess,HAMD and P300 after one week,two weeks,four weeks and five weeks.RESULTS By contrast study,we found that the total rate of efficiency reached 77% and 80% respectively in treating group and contrast group without much differences in curative effect befween the two.However,there were no obvious bad reactions occurring in treating group while there was 15% of incidence of bad reactions such as dry in the mouth,excessive calm,constipation and headache in contrast group.CONCLUSION It came to a conclusion that ciwujia is a reliable and safe therapy to treat depression from slight degree to intermediate degree.更多还原
