【摘要】 目的观察银杏达莫注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果和对心肌QT离散度的影响及安全性。方法在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用银杏达莫注射液25 mL,稀释后静滴,qd;对照组加用葛根素注射液250 mL静滴,qd;疗程均为14 d。治疗期间密切观察患者心绞痛发作的次数、程度及药物的不良反应,视病情随时做心电图检查。治疗前后两组患者均做血、尿常规、肝肾功能、血脂、血液流变学及动态心电图检查。结果治疗组总有效率、对心肌QT离散度的改善与对照组比较有显著性差异,不良反应轻微。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果显著,能显著的改善心肌QT离散度,安全性好;还能显著的降低血脂和改善血液流变学。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effects of Ginkgo-Dipyridamolum on unstable angina pectoris and QT dispersion.METHODS 103 cases patients being hospitalized with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into Ginkgo-Dipyridamolum group(51 cases) and control group(52 cases).Ginkgo-Dipyridamolum 25 ml was injected via intravenous every day in Ginkgo-Dipyridamolum group,and Puerarin injection 250 ml was injected via intravenous every day in control group being on routine treatment for 14 days.The changes of symptom;electrogram(ECG) and indexes of QT dispersion and lipidemid and hemorrheology in two groups were then observed. RESULTS The patient’s symptom,electrogram(ECG) and indexes of QT dispersion in Ginkgo-Dipyridamolum group were remarkably improved than those in control group.No changes in blood and urine routine examination as well as hepatic and nephric function were found.CONCLUSION Ginkgo-Dipyridamolum has remarkable curative effect on unstable angina pectoris.It is safe and can remarkably improve the indexes of QT dispersion and lipidemid and hemorrheology.更多还原
