【Abstract】 This article investigates the topic selection of Project 863(1986-2001),research achievements,especially the social effect after results transformation,and economic returns.It is found that a high-tech researching team in line with national conditions has been formed in the research field of Project 863,which increases our scientific and technical strength,decreases the scientific gap between our country and developing countries,and exerts an important influence on the national economic and social development.更多还原
