膝关节被动伸展性抗阻功能训练方法的特征

【摘要】 膝部的骨由股骨胫骨、髌骨及腓骨构成。膝关节上下杠杆长,周围肌肉少,是运动创伤中最易损伤的关节。故提出膝关节被动伸展性抗阻功能训练这一专项功能训练方法,可有针对性地锻炼膝关节的肌力、关节活动承受力和拉伸强健韧带,提高膝关节内外屈、内外旋、内外翻方向的运动功能、伸屈开合角度和负载量,提高膝关节的自我保护能力,预防、减少运动创伤的发生。该方法可操作性强,对场地无特殊要求,器材可简可繁,可对体育院系、运动队、体疗部门的教师、教练、康复保健等专业人员提供理论与实践上的指导与帮助。

【Abstract】 The bone of knee joint consists of thighbone, shinbone, kneecap and fibula. Knee joint, with the long levers in the top and the bottom as well as little surrounding muscle, is the most easily harmed joint during the sports exercise. In this paper, we proposed a resistant training for the passive spread of knee joint, aiming at exercising the muscle force of knee joint and the endurance of joint motion, extend and strengthen the ligament, rise the motor function of knee joint in directions of flexion, rotation and eversion, increase the angle of flexion and strengthen together with loading capacity, prevent and reduce the occurrence of sport injury. This functional training has a stony operation, no special requires for the court and unbending equipments, which is able to guide and help the P.E teachers, coaches, professionals of recovery and health-protection, sports academies and sports teams theoretically and practically.
