890nm红外激光血管内照射对糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清一氧化氮及自由基浓度的干预

【摘要】 目的:观察890nm红外激光血管内照射后糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清一氧化氮及自由基的变化。方法:纳入2004-05/2005-11在吉林大学第二医院内分泌科住院的41例确诊为糖尿病末梢神经病变的患者,随机数字法分为对照组15例和治疗组26例,对照组接受金纳多(银杏叶制剂)静脉滴注治疗14d,治疗组同时接受890nm单频红外激光发射系统(安诺神经血管病变治疗仪,ATS)的血管内照射治疗1个疗程(10次)。观察两组患者于治疗前后血清一氧化氮(硝酸还原酶法)和自由基(抗超氧及产生超氧阴离子自由基测试法)浓度变化。并对治疗后两组间的变化进行比较,进行平均值t检验。结果:41例患者均进入结果分析。①患者一氧化氮平均浓度:治疗前后对照组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗组差异有显著性意义;对照组和治疗组治疗前差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗后差异有显著性意义[治疗组治疗前:(47.12±30.58)μmol/L,治疗后:(117.30±59.55)μmol/L;对照组治疗后:(55.38±9.24)μmol/L,P<0.05]。②患者平均抗自由基能力:治疗前后对照组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗组差异有显著性意义;对照组和治疗组治疗前差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗后差异有显著性意义[治疗组治疗前:(277.40±122.38)U/L,治疗组治疗后:(490.40±102.38)U/L,对照组治疗后:(276.83±95.75)U/L,P<0.05]。结论:890nm红外激光治疗可增加糖尿病患者血清一氧化氮浓度,提高糖尿病患者抗氧化能力,从而改善末梢血液循环和糖尿病末梢神经病变症状。

【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the effects of 890nm infrared laser intravascular irradiation on serum variety of nitric oxide (NO) and oxygen free radical in patients with diabetic polyneuropathy (DPN). METHODS: The experiment was carried out in Department of Endocrinology, Second Hospital, Jilin University from May 2004 to November 2005. Totally 41 inpatients with DPN were selected as subjects. The 41 patients with DPN were randomized into 2 groups: control group (n =15) and treated group (n =26). Patients in the control group were treated with Jinnaduo (gingko) for 14 days by intervenous drop infusion, while those in the treated group were treated with Jinnaduo (gingko) and received 890nm single frequency infrared laser treatment (Anodyne Therapy System, ATS) at the same time for 10 times by intravascular irradiation. Changes of serum concentrations of nitric oxide (nitrate reductase method) and oxygen free radicals (anti-and inducing superoxide anion radical assay) were measured in all enrolled patients before and after treatment. The changes were compared between the two groups, and t test was conducted. RESULTS: A total of 41 patients were involved in the result analysis.①Average concentration of NO: There was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment (P > 0.05), while there was significant difference in the treated group. There was no significant difference between the control group and treated group before treatment (P > 0.05), while there was significant difference after treatment [pre-treatment in the treated group: (47.12±30.58) μmol/L, post-treatment: (117.30±59.55) μmol/L;post-treatment in the control group (55.38±9.24) μmol/L,P < 0.05]. ②Average concentrations of oxygen free radicals: There was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment (P > 0.05), while there was significant difference in the treated group. There was no significant difference between the control group and treated group before treatment (P > 0.05), while there was significant difference after treatment [pre-treatment in the treated group: (277.40±122.38) U/L,post-treatment in the treated group: (490.40±102.38) U/L, post-treatment in the control group: (276.83±95.75) U/L,P < 0.05]. CONCLUSION: Serum concentration of NO are increased after 890 nm infrared laser treatment in patients with DPN, which indicates that 890 nm infrared laser can improve ability of anti-oxidation, so it may increase local blood circulation and improve symptoms of DPN.
