基于电流控制传送器的电可调梯形滤波器
Electronically Tunable Ladder Filters Based on Current Controlled Conveyors
【摘要】 利用电流控制传送器(CCCII)实现浮地和接地电感,而无源器件只有接地电容,通过调制CCCII的偏置电流,可以调整等效电感的大小。使用这种等效电感来设计5阶梯形Butterworth低通和高通滤波器时使用较少的无源器件,并且中心频率具有电可调性。进行PSPICE分析,仿真结果表明设计是可行的。
【Abstract】 Floating inductance and grounded inductance simulation circuits with grounded capacitance using only second-generation Current Controlled Conveyors(CCCIIs) as active elements are introduced.These circuits are modified by using current controlled conveyors,yielding electronically tunable inductances.Fifth-order RLC Butterworth low-pass filter and high-pass filter which retain a minimum requirement of passive elements and have an advantage of electronically tunable center frequency will be introduced.PSPICE simulation results show that the proposed method is practical.
