原花青素对SMMC-7721肿瘤细胞凋亡及其端粒酶活性的影响

【摘要】 采用M TT法、HE染色、DNA电泳、TUNEL法和TRAP法(端粒重复序列扩增法),研究原花青素对人肝癌细胞SMM C-7721株凋亡及端粒酶活性的影响,探讨了其抗癌机制。结果表明,原花青素可抑制SMM C-7721肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡,降低细胞端粒酶活性。说明原花青素具有诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和降低肿瘤细胞端粒酶活性2种抗肿瘤作用。

【Abstract】 To illustrate the effect of proanthocyanidins on apoptosis and telomerase activity in hepatocellular carcinoma as well as its antitumor mechanism,the effect of PC on SMMC-7721 cell line in vitro was studied by using MTT method,HE dying,DNA electrophoresis,TUNEL and TRAP(telomeric repeat amplification protocol).PC inhibited the growth of SMMC-7721 cell line by inducing apoptosis and down-regulating the telomerase activity.
