西丰杨的引种试验和苗期生长规律研究

【摘要】 以6个西丰杨无性系作引种试验,结果表明无性系之间苗高的差异显著,而根径的差异不显著,选择出高生长量超出对照20%的3个无性系,作为本区域的初选优良无性系,并利用Logistic方程对这3个无性系的苗高年生长节律进行拟合,建立了数学模型,相关系数都在0.95以上,3个无性系速生点出现较早,持续的时间又较长,说明这3个无性系能充分适应当地的环境,具有最大的生长潜力,3个无性系速生期内的生长量占总生长量的比率基本相同,速生期内的生长量占总生长量的比率较大(平均为57.74%),说明速生期的生长量决定着整个生长期的生长量,因此应重视速生期的苗期管理。

【Abstract】 Six Xifeng popular clones were introduced in Tongren County,Qinghai Province the test showed the differences of the seedling height among six clones were significant,but the difference of rhizome among six clones were not significant.Xifeng 21,6 and 77 were selected because their seedling height were more 20% than control.Logistic equation were used to model growth increment of three clones,correlation of modeling were significant and correlation coefficients were higher than 0.95.Based on the results,it was cinduded that the three clones selected were suitable to the local environment and had biggest grow potentiality.Since the rapid growth stage started earlier and continued time was longer,the height growth increment in rapid growth stage accounted for 57.74%,the three clones were similar.The increment in rapid growth stage determined the total growth increment,the field management should be strengthen in this key stage for improving the quality of seedlings.
