苦楝内生真菌抗菌活性的研究

【摘要】 对苦楝植株中的内生真菌进行了研究。从苦楝中共分得70株内生真菌,对其进行分类鉴定,除3种因不产孢未鉴定外,其它的分属于5目、7科、11属,18种。对分离出的21种菌株进行液体培养,并对其发酵产物进行抗菌活性测定。发现在供试质量浓度为50 mg/mL时,MA1,MA4,MA8和MA9 4个菌株的发酵液和菌丝体粗提物对小麦赤霉病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、辣椒疫霉病菌、苹果炭疽病菌、棉花枯萎病菌具有不同程度的抑制菌丝生长活性作用,其菌丝体粗提物对番茄灰霉菌、棉花枯萎菌有明显的抑制孢子萌发作用。

【Abstract】 Endophytic fungi from Melia azedarach L.were studied.70 strains of endophytic fungus were separated from Melia azedarach L..These fungal were classified,identified.They belonged to eighteen species,eleven genera,seven families,and five orders except three unknown species.The fungicidal activities of their fermentation products were examined.By means of mycelium growth rate,the acetone extracts of mycelium of MA1,MA4,MA8 and MA9 strains had a certain degree fungi-cidical activity against Fusarium graminearum,Botrytis cinerea,Phytophthora capsici,Glomerella cingulata,Fusarium oxysparum f.sp.vasinfectum at the concentration of 50 mg·mL-1,and exhibited moderate activity against Botrytis cinerea,Fusarium oxysparum f.sp.vasinfectum in the test of spore germination.
