螯合分散剂在亚麻粗纱煮练中的作用

【摘要】 亚麻织物以其优良的服装性能,深受广大消费者青睐.但传统的煮练工艺对亚麻纱的强力损伤大,纱线柔软性差.本文首先在理论上分析研究了传统煮练工艺对亚麻纱强力损伤的机理及用柔软剂和螯合分散剂保护纱线强力的机理.然后采用实验对比分析的方法,研究探讨了上述两种助剂的用量对亚麻纱性能的影响.实验结果表明,在亚麻粗纱煮练工艺中使用柔软剂和螯合分散剂,可以提高亚麻纱的柔软性和可纺性,进而使其强力得到提高,但若加入过多的柔软剂,反而使细纱平均强度下降,强度不匀情况恶化.

【Abstract】 Flax fabrics are greatly appreciated by people for its excellent properties.With the traditional scouring process,the strength of flax yarn treated is damaged strongly and,the softness is poor.The principle that why traditional scouring process can damage the strength of flax yarn and why chelate disperse agent and softening agent can protect the strength of the flax yarn are analyzed in this paper first,and then the influence on the flax yarn properties of the agents amount mentioned above are studied on the basis of experiments.The experimental results proved that the softness and the strength of the flax yarn can be improved by the use of the chelate disperse agent and softening agent in the flax roving scouring process,but if too much softening agent are used in the process,the strength of the flax yarn gets lower,and the strength unevenness gets worse.
