新型内啮合齿轮压缩机的齿间接触力研究

【摘要】 为了使内啮合压缩机的材料选择准确、摩擦功耗减小、运行可靠性提高等,采用线弹性理论,在分别考虑缸体与外转子无间隙和有间隙的2种情况下,建立了齿面接触力计算的数学模型,该模型比有限元方法求解简单,并可得到接触力随转角的变化关系,特别是易于根据计算得到的结果合理设计和优化型线参数.研究结果表明:间隙会在很大程度上影响接触力的大小和变化规律;有间隙模型所得到的接触力数值比无间隙模型大10倍以上.考虑到实际转子压缩机中外转子和缸体之间不可避免地存在间隙,因此有间隙模型更接近于实际情况,而且在设计该压缩机时宜采用有间隙模型.

【Abstract】 The contact force of internal-meshing gear compressor between gears directly affects the choice of gears’ materials,friction power and operating reliability.Linear-elastic theory was employed to set up two different mathematical models with or without consideration of the gap between the cylinder and the outer gear,respectively.The present models were more simple than finite element method and could obtain the relationship between the contact force and the rotate angle.In particular,calculating results could guide and optimize the design of profiles.The research result shows the gap will influence the magnitude and variation of the contact force.The contact force calculated with the gap model is almost 10 times higher than that with the non-gap one.The gap model is close to the actual situation and is recommended in the design of this type of compressors.
