【Abstract】 The paper summarized the theories about Foreign Direct Investment(FDI).According to the methodology followed by the FDI theory′s development,the article analyzed its classical documents and pointed out the weakness concerned.Combining with Chinese economic background,it dealt with the problems faced in the practice to apply FDI theories to China,and then put forward the research direction of FDI theories in China.更多还原
