烧结温度对ZnO纳米线酒敏性能影响的研究

【摘要】 为初步研究ZnO纳米线的酒敏性能,以纯度为99.9%的Zn粉为原料,采用物理热蒸发法制备出ZnO纳米线,并以其作为气敏基料,羧甲基纤维素为粘结剂,在不同的烧结温度下制备成旁热式气敏元件.运用扫描电镜观察了产物的形貌,采用静态配气法在自制的测试系统上进行了气敏性能的测试.结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高,ZnO纳米线互相联结、长大,使其比表面积迅速减小,进而影响了气敏元件的酒敏性能.根据实验结果,当其烧结温度为500℃时,元件的气敏性能较佳.

【Abstract】 In order to study the ethanol properties of ZnO nanowires,the gas sensor was fabricated with ZnO nanowires synthesized by thermal evaporation of Zn powders with a purity of 99.9%.With methyl cellulose as binding admixture,the heater-typed gas sensor was prepared at different sintering temperatures.The morphology of the product was determinated by SEM.The gas sensitivity of ethanol’s vapor was tested.The results reveal that the combination of ZnO nanowires rapidly decreases the ratio of the surface area to the volume with the increase of the sintering temperatures,affecting the senstivity of the gas sensor.When the sintering temperature reaches 500℃,the sensitivity of the gas sensor be comes the highest.
