(TiB2+Al3Ti)/ZL101原位复合材料正交实验的研究
Study on the Orthorhombic Experiment of In-situ Composite(TiB2+Al3Ti)/ZL101
【摘要】 通过正交实验,研究了(TiB2+Al3Ti)/ZL101原位复合材料的制备工艺,确定了该材料的最佳成分,测试了复合材料的力学性能,并对该材料进行了显微金相分析和透射电子显微分析.研究结果表明,与ZL101基体材料相比,(TiB2+Al3Ti)/ZL101原位复合材料在其最佳成分配比下,强度比基体提高了23.3%,延伸率比基体提高了14.6%;热处理后,原位复合材料中的共晶硅以粒状形态均匀分布于基体中;原位复合材料中增强相TiB2为粒状,Al3Ti为长棒状,两相均匀分布于基体晶粒内部,且与α-Al的界面结合良好.
【Abstract】 The produced method of(TiB2+Al3Ti)/ZL101 in-situ composite was studied,and the composition of the composite was optimized by orthorhombic experimental analysis.The mechanical properties of the composite were tested,and the microstructure was studied by means of analysis of optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The experimental results show that the tensile strength and ductility of this composite are higher than that of ZL101 matrix by 23.3% and 14.6 % at the optimum composition.The eutectic Si is distributed uniformly in a form of particle after heat treatment.TiB2 and Al3Ti in the composites are particle and rod which are distributed uniformly and have a good bond with α-Al.
