矿粉对沥青老化性能的影响

【摘要】 为了研究矿粉对沥青老化性能的影响,采用旋转薄膜烘箱试验模拟胶浆的老化,测试了不同老化状态时沥青胶浆的高、低温性能。结果表明:矿粉对胶浆性能有重要作用,且老化后作用更显著,因而有必要对矿粉进行筛选;矿粉对胶浆老化有显著影响,故单纯利用沥青的老化性能来评价混合料老化性能是不合适的;当粉胶质量比小于1.5时,添加矿粉能够减弱沥青的老化程度,但是当粉胶质量比超过1.5时,添加矿粉反而加剧了沥青的老化。

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of mineral powder on the aging characters of asphalt mortar,this paper uses the Rolling Thin Film Oven Test to simulate the aging of mortar,and studies the high temperature and low temperature performances of asphalt mortar at different aging stages.It was found that the mineral powder has great impact on asphalt mortar characters,moreover the impact is more notable after the aging of the mortar,so it is important to filtrate the mineral powder;mineral powder also has great influence on mortar aging performances,so it is not suitable to only use asphalt aging characters to evaluate the aging properties of asphalt mixture;when the mass ratio of mineral powder to mortar is less than 1.5,to increase the mineral powder contents can lower the speed of asphalt aging;when the mass ratio of mineral powder to mortar is bigger than 1.5,to increase the contents of mineral powder can increase the speed of asphalt aging.3 tabs,7 figs,10 refs.
