【摘要】 为了解民营医院现状及存在的问题,2005年1月,作者运用现场调查的方法对宜昌市城区8所民营医院进行了调查及分析,结果表明:由于重视经济效益,忽视国家法律等原因,民营医院存在非法行医,过度医疗,发布虚假广告,违规处理医疗废物,明显医疗安全隐患等问题。并建议完善法律法规,改革现行的卫生监督体制,严格医疗市场的准人,加强民营医院的监督和管理等。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to acquire the present situation and existing problems of the privately operated hospitals, In January of 2005, the method to investigate live was utilized to survey and analyze 8 the privately operated hospitals in the urban area of Yichang. Result: Because of paying attention to the economic benefits, ignoring reasons such as the state law ,etc. the privately operated hospitals practised medicine illegally, excessived medical treatment, released the sham publicity, dealt with the medical wastes in vioktion of rules and regulations and the obvious medical potential safety hazard so on. Propose improving the laws and regulations, reforming the present sanitary supervision system, rigorously enforcing the entry of the medical market, strengthening measures such as the supervision of the privately operated hospitals, etc.更多还原
