【摘要】 目的:观察阿昔洛韦葡萄糖注射液的用药安全性。方法:采用静脉血管刺激实验、过敏实验和溶血实验,检测阿昔洛韦葡萄糖注射液是否存在毒性反应。结果:实验表明该药对家兔耳缘静脉无明显刺激作用,也不引起过敏反应和溶血。结论:阿昔洛韦葡萄糖注射液无明显毒副作用,具有临床用药的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the side effects of acyclovir glucose injection.Methods: The toxicity of acyclovir glucose injection was detected by test of intravenous vascular stimulation,allergy and hemolysis.Results: The tests didn′t reveal any marked stimulation in the marginal ear vessels of the rabbits,nor did cause allergic reaction and hemolysis.Conclusion: Acyclovir glucose injection has no evident toxic effects and can be administered in clinic.更多还原
