【摘要】 目的:探明围生儿出生缺陷的种类和发生率,寻找影响出生缺陷的可能因素。方法:对芜湖县医院3033例住院分娩儿出生缺陷监测资料进行分析。结果:在该院分娩的围生儿出生缺陷发生率12.20‰(37/3033),与2004年全国围生儿出生缺陷发生率12.84‰接近;出生缺陷分类构成的顺位前5位依次为唇裂、唇裂合并腭裂、尿道下裂、先天性脑积水及先天性心脏病;居住在城镇和乡村的出生缺陷发生率无差异;孕母年龄越大,出生缺陷发生率越高;男婴出生缺陷发生率(15.38‰)明显高于女婴(7.48‰);双胎出生缺陷发生率(129.03‰)明显高于单胎(10.99‰);产前诊断率为24.32%;孕母的文化程度和经济收入相对较低者,出生缺陷儿发生率相对较高。结论:做好出生缺陷监测工作,积极探讨致畸原因,加强出生缺陷一级预防和二级预防,减少残疾儿发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the varieties and incidence of perinatal birth defects and its potential complications.Methods:The data of 3 033 cases of perinatal birth defects were gathered from 2002 to 2005 for this study.Results:The incidence of birth defects from delivery during hospital stay in the People’s Hospital of Wuhu County reached 12.20‰(37/3 033),which was close to the national incidence in China in 2004(12.84‰).The perinatal birth defects stood on the first 5 rank of incidence list followed by cheiloschisis,cleft lip and cleft palate,hypospadia,congenital hydrocephalus and congenital heart disease.The incidence of birth defects showed no difference between those who lived in town and rural areas,but that increased with ages of pregnant women.The male birth defects were more frequent seen than females(15.38‰),and twins suggested a much higher incidence(129.03‰)than single birth(10.99‰).24.32% cases were confirmed in prenatal diagnosis.The results also demonstrated that the pregnant women with less education and low income could result in higher incidence of perinatal birth defects.Conclusion:The findings suggest that it is valuable to reduce the incidence by a well-planned birth defects monitoring program,investigation of the potential factors and intensified primary and secondary preventive measures.更多还原
