金属磁记忆检测的原理和应用
Theory and Application of Testing for Metal Magnetic Memory
【摘要】 金属磁记忆(MMM)检测技术是一种新的无损检测手段,对金属构件的早期失效和寿命评估有重要意义。文章介绍了当前磁记忆技术在国内外的发展应用情况,着重阐述了磁记忆现象及其产生的物理基础和能量平衡解说,介绍了检测机理和检测仪,结合目前的应用情况,提出了磁记忆检测在今后可以应进一步完善的方面。
【Abstract】 Metal Magnetic Memory(MMM) is a new non-destructive testing(NDT) technique.It is important on early diagnostics of fatigue damages and evaluatuion of life time.The development and applications of MMM are described.Moreover the corresponding physical fundamentals,the conversation of energy,the principles of inspection and the apparatus are introduced,and their fields to be solved in short-term are summarized.
