基于FPGA多通道同步数据采集系统设计
Design of Multi-Channel Synchronal Data Acquisition System Based on FPGA
【摘要】 结合数据采集在往复式压缩机在线监测系统中的应用,设计了以FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)为核心的逻辑控制模块的多通道数据采集系统。整个采集系统可实现16路最大工作频率为100kHz的模拟信号的采集。设计中采用了自顶向下的方法,将FPGA依据逻辑功能划分为几个模块,详细论述了各模块的设计方法。各逻辑模块设计使用VHDL语言,并在ISE中完成软件设计和仿真。
【Abstract】 The multi-channel data acquisition system based on FPGA,which is the core logic control module of the syetem is designed and applied on the state monitoring system of the reciprocating compressor.The whole data acquisition system can implement 16-route analog signals with 100kHz of maximal frequency.According to the method of top-down,FPGA is divided into some logic functional modules.The designing method of every module is discussed in detail.The VHDL language is used in the designing logic modules.Soft design and simulation are completed in the integration circumstance of ISE.
