【摘要】 我国当前的职业教育还存在不少问题与不足,需要进一步深化改革,不断加大对职业教育的财政投入,逐步实现义务中等职业教育;深化职业教育教学改革,以就业促招生,实现可持续发展;尝试职业技能形成能力评估,建立完善职业学校退出机制;甄别中高职学校的发展状况,适时放开升格上档之路;整合职业教育资源,实现优势互补,合理布局,发挥职业教育的整体优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Considering that there still exist some problems and defects in vocational education system;the reform needs to be deepened.The paper brings forward five points in improving the system.Firstly,the fiscal investment on higher vocational schools should be increased so as to popularize secondary vocational education by stages.Secondly,as a result of the reform of vocational education system,students’ employment rate would be barometer of student enrollment,so vocational schools should seek the way of sustainable development;thirdly,an evaluation system should be established to test technical ability of higher vocational school students and accordingly,the elimination mechanism of incompetent schools can be consummated;then,the state government need also loose the restriction on the upgrading of secondary vocational schools after considering the overall development of secondary and higher vocational schools;finally,it is important to integrate vocational education resources and these resources should be distributed properly so as to exert integrate advantages.更多还原
